Life moves quickly and change is a constant. How do we learn to lead through change? To lead for change? Join this cohort if you are seeking ways to strengthen your skills and bring your values into action, while also deepening your understanding of community-based social change. Leading for Change is for individuals who identify as women who are seeking personal growth and to build leadership skills, no matter where they are on their leadership journey.
Program dates are Wednesdays, March 5, April 9, May 7 and June 11 from 5:30-8:30pm. Dinner is included.
Over the course of four sessions, participants will:
- Recognize who they are as leaders, and identify strengths and opportunities for growth.
- Build leadership skills and confidence in working for social change.
- Develop connections with individuals who share Jewish values.
- Understand the principles of creating and/or participating in coalitions for social change.
- Learn from/with skilled facilitators.
